Past Projects

The Southeast Community Organization works to enrich the quality of life of our residents through the following:

Boys Totem

The Boys Totem Town Project was used to temporarily house homeless. The Boys Totem Town was originally the Ramsey County Home School for Boys, which opened in 1916 and closed down in 2019.

Community Garden

The Southeast Community Organization (SECO) manages two community gardens, Winthrop Gardens and Conway Gardens. These gardens offer residents the opportunity to grow their own food on a first-come, first-served basis.
